iPod Linux is a site dedicated to those of you who would like to put a Linux operating system onto your ipod as well as using the current firmware. By doing so you would be able to play a limited number of arcade style games. This site is aimed at ipod users who are extremely confident using Linux and not recommened to those who aren't tech heads.

Having said that this is a very informative and entertaining site and we can recomend it for those of you who are comfortable programming in a Unix enviroment.

By installing something known as Podzilla you might able to run a limited number of games including versions of Tetris, Asteroids and Space Invaders. You can also customize the appearance of your ipod. The site is well laid out and the answers to most questions can be found somewhere in the forum sections. We found it to be great fun but once again feel that we cannot recomend tampering with your iPods firmware.
